ISABELLA bella SWAN {{In Love With A Vampire}} A soft thud crossed the room as Bella sighed and tossed an old photo album across the room. Miss Swan was going through her stuff. Her days were numbered. Ever since the day her eyes met the gaze of Edward Anthony Masen Cullen. Because that was the day she fell in love with him. Even if she didn't realize it quite yet.
Yes, on August 13th, Miss Swan was due to be married. And there was actually going to be a wedding ceremony. Unlike the ceremony Edward and her had planned before. At the moment Vegas was sounding very appeasing to her. Because it was quick and painless. Mainly because she wouldn't have to wear heels with the beautiful and perfect wedding dress that Alice had gotten her. And because the sooner she was married to Edward Cullen the better.
A soft sigh escaped her lips once again as she looked over at the album and saw that the page she it had opened on was the picture of Renee' and Charlie's wedding day. So much for trying to keep it off her mind.
Just fifteen minutes ago she and Edward had told Charlie of their wedding plans. Of course at first he was quite shocked and managed to send a few cringe worthy glares at Edward but then he decided that it was time Isabella could make the decisions on her own. As she was finally eighteen years of age.
Picking the album up she placed it on her desk next to her computer and went over to the window, opening it all the way so Edward could enter when Charlie fell asleep, and finally decided to jump in the shower. Which she stayed in there for at least fifteen minutes. And was now wide awake, and was smiling at the heart charm Edward had placed on the bracelet as she finished rinsing her hair.

If I could dream at all- it would be about you And I'm not ashamed of it The road was clear and he was absolutely free. In these moments, he was neither vampire nor man, but he was simply alone with the road, and nothing else was in his way. There was nothing he, nor the rest of his family for that matter, liked better than to race along the winding paths of the roads in Forks, Oregon. In more dense cities, driving was boring. It was too straight forward and slow for his taste. Living out here in Forks, though, gave them some room to move and turn and twist. On top of that, they were always able to detect if there would be someone watching them, and so they could never be caught. He was pushing 100 miles per hour, and aiming for 120. He would be at Bella's house pretty soon. Outwardly, Edward wasn't too thrilled about the actual planning of their wedding. He knew that though Bella had consented to the whole big wedding thing, she would probably be more thrilled to elope, or have a small, private event instead of the grand ball they seemed to be planning and paying for.
Edward pulled alongside the Swan residence, and made his way to Bella's window. Nowadays, there was always a feeling of slight anxiety when he came to Bella's house, or at least, when he came through the front door. He only had to do so if Charlie was home or awake. If he miraculously ended up in Bella's room without her Father knowing, it'd be a hard thing to explain. Not only that, it'd probably raise suspicion. He smirked lightly at her car and shook his head. He had offered her a new car many times but she refused to give the old thing up. Why, he wondered.
As always, it was raining in the small town of Forks, Oregon. The small rain-drops plummeting down from the darkness exploded silently onto the back of Edward's leather jacket. He sometimes wished he were gentle and fragile like the rain, instead of the bloodthirsty monster he was. He was tiered of always worrying about Bella's safety. If only she would see how easily he could kill her. Did she not see how dangerous he was? They were so wrong for each other, he knew, but he just couldn't stay away. He'd tried once before, but a life without Bella Swan, was barely a life at all.
But all this talk of changing Bella into a Vampire made him somewhat nervous. Anxious. He wasn't entirely sure of why it might do that to him, but then again, a lot of his reactions tended to be overly...intense. It annoyed even him sometimes, as well as everyone else in his family. He supposed, though he couldn't quite remember, that he had probably been like that when he was still human. His human memories had faded, not that there had been many. All he could remember now about his human life was illness, pain, and loss. But even those few memories that he still had were cloudy and faint, as if far away and out of reach. He was glad not to remember them. What he could remember though, was the last human experience he had: Being changed.
It was what made him so utterly against Bella becoming a Vampire. It was true, it would only be for a few days. Even now he still used her soul as a scapegoat for the real reason behind his reluctance. The fact was, he had already caused Bella so much pain in so many ways. Because of him she was hunted and preyed upon by James, who all but shattered her human body to pieces before biting her. She had felt the burn of the venom then, and Edward had never forgotten it. He had been horrified, knowing both that he knew the feeling intimately because it had happened to him too, but also knowing that if he ever bit her, she would suffer that again. How did she see past that pain she felt? Her screams of agony still rang through his mind daily, and he wouldn't ever forget them. He never wanted her to feel that again. He shivered lightly at the thought.
Then he had left her. Without much of an explanation, he had left with his whole family. It was his plan to leave her to live her life, for her to move on and do the things that teenagers did. But she hadn't. Instead, it was as if she hit pause on her life, and lived her life obediently, but without any intention. She walked the steps of her life as if scripted. If only she knew how much she reminded him of himself...before her in his life. He had done the very same thing. He had gone to school, never got into trouble. He did what he needed to, and only missed school when he absolutely had to, if the sun was out or they needed to hunt, for instance. But his still heart held no life, and his eyes barely saw what was in front of him most of the time. He never smiled. Yes, she had become like himself, without her. This tore at him constantly, knowing that if he lost her he'd be the same way. How could he have done that to her?
Everything had changed for him the first time he saw her. Then, things changed even more as he noted he could never know her mind. Then finally, when her blood sang to him for the first time, he was lost to her forever. His life meant something to him again, and it always would. If she ever became a vampire, her blood would sing to him forever, even if it wasn't purely hers. He could get lost in her scent and never worry about hurting her. He would be able to kiss her without holding back. And she, as she seemed always tempted to do, could wrap herself up in him without him needing to push her away.
Regardless, to a mere mortal, jumping through a window would be near impossible. But for Edward, it was as simple as walking. He stood near the open window of Bella's room, his legs tensing as he pushed himself upward, his muscles contracting as his feet flew off the ground. He quickly landed on the windowsill with a delicate thud, and much like a dog, shook the rain drops off his clothes before sitting down on Bella's bed. He glanced around for her familiar figure, but realized she was in the shower. Her warm, delicate scent drifted through the room, making him slightly nauseous. No matter how hard he tried, Edward would always lust for a taste of her blood. He hated himself for it, but there was nothing he could do about it. Shaking the thoughts from his mind, Edward laid down on her bed, slowly picking up the photo album that laid by her bed, aimlessly beginning to trail through the pages as he waited for Bella to finish her shower.

ISABELLA marie SWAN {{In Love With A Vampire}} For once in the past couple of months since Graduation, Bella Swan and the future Mrs. Cullen did not think about Jacob Black. Sure she loved him, not nearly compared to how much she loved Edward but she honestly didn't think about him. Reason? She had been so focused on spending time with Edward and Alice's wedding plans to even think about anything or one else. Unlike her her financee' she couldn't think of a lot of things at once. And it bugged her. But also delighted her.
She had to admit, she loved how perfect he was. How his bronze hair was so perfect, and mesy after she ran her fingers through it. She also loved his eyes. As they were changed color to match his mood. And, it gave her her favorite color when Edward and her were playing that twenty questions game. Well, could you really call it a game if it was way more then twenty questions and he was the only asking them. Yes, sometimes he did not play fair. But that's one of the things she loved with him.
Once her cinnamin locks were finally shampoo free, Bella grabbed a towel and slid it on her. Then she dried herself off and grabbed a pair of dark blue and light blue pajama pants that Alice had given her, and a gray t-shirt she stole from Edward the last time she was at the Cullens'.
Bella truly felt she was in a movie. As they were so perfect for each other; in ways that Hollywood writers' wrote the main couples. But, they also had their flaws, and fights. Just like every real couple. But they truly were one of a kind. And Bella wouldn't trade it for the world. Or Jacob Black.
Okay so her mind wasn't completely free of the wearwolf. But what could she do? She was making a valiant effort to rid him of her thoughts. But the small wooden charm was dangling on her bracelet. So badly she wanted to take it off sometimes but she knew she couldn't. As Edward said it was who she was. And that was enough to make her leave it on.
After what felt like forever, Isabella placed her hair in a braid and she opened the door quietly to her bedroom, as to not wake Charlie. Her face did light up however, at seeing the love of her life, and half of her soul, laying down on her bed.
Bella's heart began to race as she walked up to him. Seconds later she was curled up to him, and her lips were pressed against his neck, which resulted in a couple of light butterfly kisses. Once she was done with her greeting Bella felt herself crawl under the covers next to him.
But, a horrified, embarrassed expression crossed her face as she realized he was reading her photo album. And she knew the next couple of pictures; were one of her and Jacob Black when they were four years old.
If she just took it from his hands, he would end up asking questions. Which would leave to her in a spot where she would have to talk about the love of her human life. And she didn't want to. That relationship was written for the movies. The perfect couple. But she'd much rather play Juliet in the one she was in. Because she had the perfect Romeo.
So while he stared at a picture, Bella thought of an idea. One that she agreed on. Making him forget about the album. Then she wouldn't have to mention Jacob Black's name. And they could have a fun, care-free night. One that involved just the two of them. As tomorrow; Charlie would be out of town for a Sherrif's Convention. It was somethng about how to treat a scenario if something like what happened in Seattle, though Bella, the wearwolves, and the Cullens already knew the true story; and that the gang simply did not just die or dissolve, but it was truly about them.
In just a few hours time; her father would be out of the house for a week. Which still left him plenty of time to get back for the wedding. A month before her birthday.
As her mind began to wander; Bella quickly let it concentrate o distracting Edward. So she did the one thing she knew that would distract him; no matter how hard he tried not to.
Bella let herself un-crawl from under the covers which allowed her to move behind him. Where she pressed her lips to his cold neck again. But this time she placed a couple of more kisses there. Then she re-arranged herself so that she was in front of him, and her lips were on his. With that being done, Bella carefully added passion to it, even if he didn't want it. Though she knew he did. Espcially after that day in the meadow. When he tried to get her to give into the rules so she wasn't trying to please anyone else. Finally she broke apart and rested her forehead against his, hoping that he had forgotten about the book in his hands. And praying that Charlie did not decide to wake up.

If I could dream at all- it would be about you And I'm not ashamed of it An ebony full moon hung flawlessly in the dark sky, a few slate-colored clouds strewn carelessly across its vast surface, hiding several diamond-like stars, straining to cast their crystal toned light onto the world. The small town of Forks was shrouded in shadow, the streets seeming empty and desolate, but even so, the night buzzed with life.
Street lamps lined the sidewalks, bathing the cracked concrete in a luminous yellow glow, joined by the occasional flash of headlights as a lone car made it's way up the street, the sound of revving engines echoing through the open widow of Bella's room. The only other sound was Edward's long, constant breathing, seeping out from his hard lips, before flowing silently through the atmosphere of the room.
This had been the first time in quite awhile that Edward had felt completely alone. A single flickering lamp was the only thing keeping him company, and yet he knew it was only for a moment. The light seemed to slide into the surrounding darkness with ease, something Edward could very simply accomplish. His dark, scorching black eyes reflected amber in the light as it continued to quiver in and out of the darkness. He couldn't help noticing the long shadows the lamp produced, how they seemed to reach out towards him. Long, finger-like wisps of darkness, never fading, yet always moving.
As usual, when Edward was graced with Bella's presence, all other thoughts seized to exist. He wrapped his arms around her, pressing his lips against her hair as he inhaled her warm, familiar scent. His body quivered at the mere touch of her lips, his breathing becoming more rapid and rugged. He always had to insure that he had control around Bella. If he let down his guard for but a second, he wouldn't ever forgive himself if something were to happen to her.
Of course, as Bella launched herself at him, the poor boy had a hard time pulling back. Edward's body suddenly became heavy, his eyes beginning to turn a darker shade of black then they already were. He hadn't feasted in quite awhile. Probably a few weeks... Months... It was hard to remember. Edward always attempted to hold off the need to go hunting, but after awhile, he just couldn't resist. He wasn't as strong as he usually was, which was why he flinched away as he felt himself loose control.
Easily and gently, Edward lifted Bella off him and rested her on the other side of the bed, his chest heaving up and down as he clamped his eyelids closed. He tried to fight the urge to sink his long, glimmering fangs into the side of Bella's neck. In.. Out... In.. Out.. he repeated to himself, trying to regain composure as he sat silently, as if like a forgotten corpse on Bella's bed. But after a few moments, his body relaxed, and opening his eyes, he glanced over towards Bella. "Sorry... It's hard to keep my cool around you when I haven't gone hunting in awhile," he chuckled, the words bubbling from his lips like an ancient stream as he rolled over towards her. With his arm around her waist, Edward placed Bella's small, fragile head into the croon of his neck. "Maybe I shouldn't have come. I'm not as strong as I usually am," he suggested, looking towards the open window in case Bella agreed.

Taking advantage of him not pulling away yet, Bella continued to kiss him. Her lips moving silently against his and her tongue darting in and out everyonce in a while. But as she began to run her hands wildly through his hair, he pulled away and lifted her to the other side of the bed.
Of course she was used to this by now. But even still she let out a small groan in protest. Why didn't she just giveinto him when he said he wanted her now at the meadow? It was what she wanted more than anything else. Besides being with him for eternity.
But no, her noble self told her to hold off. And follow the rules. Bella could just smack herself for saying that.
Then she watched as he closed his eyes and kept them shut. This was when she wished she knew what he was thinking; and wished that she had the power he did. The power to read his mind. But she didn't. And her thoughts began racing.
Did she go too far this time? Was he alright? Was Alice seeing something horrible and he was thinking about it? Or was Charlie actually thinking about murdering Edward? All of those thoughts raced through her head as she watched him try to compose himself. So badly she wanted to reach out and place her hand on the side of his neck and face, and tell him it was okay. But she didn't, she sat there. Staring at him for an answer. And that's exactly what she got.
The feeling of him by her side calmed her down immediately and she let herself bury her face in the crook of his neck. "It's okay." She whispered relieved that he had told her the reason for his actions.
Her breathing had finally calmed down and she was very thankful that he had forgotten about the book that was now on the opposite end of the bed. But that didn't matter now. Not as long as she was able to have his arm on her waist and her head was buried in his neck. It didn't matter. In the slightest.
Her voice seemed like a whisper as she spoke against his neck. "You know I love you more then anything right?" She kissed his collarbone lightly after she spoke. Then she listened to see if Charlie was around. Thankfully he wasn't.
"And, Charlie is going away for the week. Would you like to stay here?" She asked him curiously before closing her eyes, her breathing calm and gentle now that he was beside her.

If I could dream at all- it would be about you And I'm not ashamed of it Edward glanced sidelong at Bella, and couldn't help smiling. He could remember his first true conversation with her in their school cafeteria. He had summoned her over with a gesture of his hand, and he had been unexplicaply pleased that she had come over to him. He had told her then that he would not make a good friend for her, and she should stay away. But she hadn't. He told her to guess what he was, but she was unable to give him an answer. And look at them now, huddled on the bed together, practically married. Who would have thought? Certainly not Mike, who had at that moment pronounced Edward to be every despicable word in the english language and otherwise. Edward remembered chuckling about it, nevertheless.
At this proximity, it was unbearably difficult for him to hold her so close, but his human side could not deny himself the feeling. However, his vampiric side purred at her scent, and his appetite shifted ever so slightly. He could almost feel his eyes darkening when he closed his eyes at the strain, but got himself under control. Sometimes he felt sorry for Jasper. Edward was trained meticulously on how to feed on animals, and only animals from his beginnings and had wavered only a few times. Jasper, however, was never trained properly and so he had always struggled against human scent in general. Edward was luckier than he, but Jasper wasn't in love with a human, and he was. So who was in a tougher spot? He wasnt sure.
Edward pulled Bella onto his lap and sighed lightly, trying to forget his own useless thoughts. His stomach jolted when he continued to think about hunting. It was always awkward for him to talk about hunting because it was so animalistic. It made him sound like a killer. And he knew better than anyone that it was exactly what he was. He could remember catching Bella's scent for the first time and thinking up scenarios on how he could kill her and all the students in the classroom. He had nearly lost his mind. Being near her always brought out a primal instinct in him. It was ironic, though it made sense somewhat that the one thing had been looking for his whole eternal life was the one thing he had to constantly try not to destroy.
Edward sighed, and moved slightly away at the mention of him going off to hunt, and he knew he needed to. Why, oh why couldn't he have been as controlled as Carlisle? Why did he even have to know the taste of human blood? Like a drug that an addict should never touch, he wished he hadn't, but knew at the time that there woud have been no stopping him. Not when he had been so weak for so long as a human. The strength gave him life, and he had been helpless against the tide of hunger that swept him up. He was older now though, but not as in control as he would've expected. Still, he was not as bad off as Jasper, whom he pitied, but was thankful for nonetheless.
He tilted his head at her in wonder. "So what do I smell like to you? I always meant for you to ellaborate on that because you always say that I smell delicious to you," he laughed soft before pulling her close again. He suddenly remembered the night in Port Angeles... He sneered ever so slightly at the memory of those men who almost harmed her. He had always said that human memories fade, but the ones he had in his immortal mind seemed so new to him all the time. That was why Vampires held grudges so well. It was also the same reason why he had the sudden urge to track and find those men, though it was years ago now when that happened. He could find them, regardless; if he really wanted to.
"I don't know..." he began, raking a hand through his gold tinted locks. "I should probably ask Carlisle first. Make sure it'd be reasonable. He looked down at Bella, careful not to laugh as he waited for her to pout like she always did when she was mad.

ISABELLA marie SWAN {{In love with Edward Cullen}} "What're you thinking about?" She decided to ask him instead of him asking her this time. It seemed strange really. But this was the part that was again driving her insane. That she couldn't read his mind. Or anybody's for that matter. But she only wanted to read his. And she often wandered if he had wished he could read her mind too. Of course she knew that he did. He told her once when they were talking. He had asked her what was on her mind. And she had told him.
But now, what was on her mind, was the first month that she and Edward had known each other.
It was odd really. How it seemed like a century ago that they had met. That she had been annoyed and mad at the fact that he wouldn't talk to her. And that he even tried to re-arrange his schedule to get away from her. Then Mike how she had him and Eric fighting over her for a while. Then it passed from Mike and Eric to him and Edward. Even though that fight was no longer going on she knew that Mike still liked her. But she also knew that his heart belonged to Jessica Stanley. When hers belonged to Edward Cullen.
However Bella also remembered how at one time she had no idea what or who Edward was. Until he had gestured for her to sit with him at lunch. Then they talked about it and she had gone him and researched it that night. And she had come to the conclusion, after talking to Jake that he was a Vampire. And she was starting to crush on him. And now, after all the events that had taken place, her being tracked by James, almost killed, her almost killing herself accidentally just to hear Edward's voice in her head, him leaving her, and the battle between the newborns and them, and now them laying on her bed. Well her in his lap now but that was besides the point. And the were almost married.
Two weeks. As Alice had told her earlier that day. Suddenly Edward's soft melodic voice entered her ears and she was pulled back from her thoughts. Which was completely fine with her.
"You smell like my perfect drug." She smirked using his words. "I don't really know how to desribe it. You just smell so perfect." Bella giggled lightly at how dumb that sounded but that was the truth.
Then she listened to him talk. "Reasonable? Since when have you done anything reasonable when it came to me?" Bella let her lower lip pout at him and leaned her forehead against his. "I promise I'll try to be good." She spoke quietly, letting her fingers raise up to run them through his beautiful hair.

If I could dream at all- it would be about you And I'm not ashamed of it One could go their entire life without seeing a single star in the city. The lights in the city were usually deathly blinding, illuminating the cracked sidewalks and pavement, giving them a rather eerie glow. Windows were always being broken, and screams could he heard throughout the night. But Forks, however, was quite different. It was hard to imagine a star-less sky when you lived in a place such as Forks, Oregon. Even better, was that it wasn't inhabited with blood-thirsty monsters who feasted on human flesh. Well- okay, maybe Forks was populated with blood-thirsty monsters, but at least they only feasted on the blood of animals.
This was the very case for Edward Cullen. Edward was one of the oldest Vampires that still thrived in the streets of Forks. It'd been that way for six-hundred and fifty years or so. The man had lost count by now, and he really didn't see the point in keeping track. What? Why are you gaping? Didn't your mother tell you that is the worst way to catch flies? But to keep it simple, Edward hadn't aged a day since his seventeenth birthday.
Though his human memories were faint and out of reach, Edward's vampiric memories were still vividly clear. He could still remember his life without Bella Swan... It had been a life with many games, and his heart constantly grieved for something. Though, at the time being, Edward wasn't quite sure what that something was. It felt like so long ago when he used to believe that he was lost inside his head, slowly going crazy as he continued to live his eternal life. But when Bella's blood had sang to him for the very first time in the cafeteria, he was forever lost in her soul. Edward was a different man than he used to be. Or, rather- he was a different vampire. And it was because he'd finally found the missing puzzle piece to his life.
Edward had never understood why he always had to be so god damn cold. Whenever he felt Bella shiver, he always felt a pang of guilt. Couldn't Vampires be just a few degrees warmer? This was one of the many reasons Edward envied Jacob. The werewolf could warm Bella in a matter of seconds, while Edward always had to worry about freezing her to death. Not only that, but Jacob loved Bella much more than a friend. And Edward had a pretty good feeling that Bella loved him too. But with all of this in his head, Edward didn't feel the slightest bit jealous. As long as Bella was happy, then that was okay with him. If it was Jacob who Bella longed to be with, then so be it.
Every time Bella made the slightest bit of movement, Edward's stomach would lurch forward as her scent seeped out from her skin. His throat became tense as he resisted the overpowering urge to sink his fangs into her flesh. Just one taste... he thought to himself, but shook the idea from his head before he even had time to consider it. As before, he closed his eyelids, breathing deeply as he regained some self-control. He stopped breathing for a brief moment or so, since Vampires technically didn't need oxygen. Edward usually wasn't this weak around Bella, but he hadn't gone hunting in quite awhile. And the longer he held off a hunting trip, the weaker he would become.
"Reasonable? Since when have you done anything reasonable when it came to me?"
Once again, Edward was stabbed with the excruciating memory of when he'd left Bella. At the time being, he thought it would be the best if he were no longer in her life. She was always at risk when he was around... And she should have been living a normal life without the thought of Vampires lingering in her head. But when Edward had left, he had realized it was the worst mistake he'd ever made. He couldn't live without her, and she couldn't live without him. It was a simple as that.
"Your right. I have done quite a few unreasonable things," he contemplated quietly, speaking barely above a whisper incase Charlie woke up. "You?! Try to be good? Please. I would die before that day came." Obviously, since Vampires can never die, Edward wasn't planning on Bella proving him wrong.

"Hey!" Bella looked at him and teased. After lightly shoving his shoulder she smiled and nudged the right side of his face with her own. Then she sighed peacefully and let herself get lost into his eyes. Those perfect, liquid gold eyes, that were now dark and she could tell he hadn't eaten in a couple of days. And that he was getting hungry.
Call it selfish if you will, but even though she knew he was hungry, did not want him to leave. And she wanted him to stay in her bed with her, while Charlie slept in his bedroom.
That was the only thing that really sucked about Charlie not liking Edward that much. They always had to sneak around. Sure, they were allowed to see each other down stairs, but the only thing they were aloud to do was hold hands and kiss on the cheek every now and then. But that was if Charlie was feeling generous. And that, was rare when it came to Edward and her. But what could they say? They were an engaged couple. This was expected out of them.
His beautiful melodic voice entered her ears and caused her to pull herself out of her thoughts. Which was fine with her. She wanted to spend time with him anyways.
"I can be good if I want to." She smiled at him and placed a quick peck on his lips. Then she let her mind wander back to Charlie as she carefully, placed both hands on his chest and gently tried to push him down. "What makes you think I can't be good Mr. Cullen?" Bella asked playfully before placing her head in the crook of his neck.

If I could dream at all- it would be about you And I'm not ashamed of it With a long, slightly annoyed sigh, Edward’s eyes darted towards the window, to which he noticed the night sky wore the moon as its pendant. It was then, Edward realized, just how beautiful the full moon was; bathing the creatures of the night in her splendor, her ghostly haunting rays of ethereal light. She was a majestic thing, her beauty second best-- Isabella being first. Though many claimed the moon surpassed everything in her beauty, Edward felt a bit smug in his thoughts when he figured the moon paled in comparison to match the splendor and breath taking beauty the human currently in his arms held. In fact, in Edwards’s eyes, NOTHING could compare to Bella. Nothing. As if to scorn Edward’s thoughts, a single black cloud obscured the silver sphere from view, casting the bedroom in total darkness.
It was then, as Bella placed her arms on his chest, that Edward felt truly honored. Even in the dark, his heightened sense of sight could make out every lovely curvature of her body-- though it was her face his attention was mostly on. The smooth planes and angles of her pale features; the delicate curve of her cheekbones that just begged to be kissed; the fullness of her lips; the brown flow of her silken hair....
There truly wasn’t a creature dead or alive, corporeal or man-made, mortal or immortal, that could compare to Bella at all.
His arms slid back around the woman he loved dearly, to which he simply resigned himself in holding her. He felt odd, generating body warmth when he’d never done so before. It was getting to the point where he felt he was becoming more human than vampire. Yet with Bella in his arms, he didn’t really worry. He felt invisible with her nestled against him, to which his fingers stroked through her hair. It was with this realization, that Edward was too far out to sea to return, becoming fully consumed with the human in his arms.
Realizing that his fangs were lengthening inside his mouth, Edward tensed a bit and tried his best to think of other things. However, that only made him realize his hunger for sustenance, having not fed since the other month. And that’s when his delicate sense of hearing picked up the steady pulse of Bella’s neck. This feeling was one he wasn’t accustomed to, however; if he had any idea that he wasn’t the only one suffering, he would have taken charge instantly, no embarrassment needed. As it was, his self control was slipping..
At the sound of her soft intake of breath, Edward was a goner. His lips brushed against the woman’s slender neck, brushing away a few stray strands of auburn with his jaw. His teeth nibbled playfully against the softness of her skin, his eyes seeming to radiate a desire fueled fire as his hands started to slowly slide down the softness of her back, his aroused state of mind making it hard to think clearly.
Quickly realizing what he was doing, Edward separated himself from Bella's grasp, before sitting down at the edge of her bed. He suddenly regretted coming to her house. He was currently in a weakened state of mind that made him paranoid from the slightest touch of her fingertips. "Sorry... Again. But I'm not worried about your behavior, Bella. I'm worried about mine."
